A PERSONAL NOTE FOR THE CRAFTING COMMUNITY FROM HELZ:

I can not stress enough how important it is to make sure the products you are purchasing are legal and licensed. When in doubt contact the seller and ask. If they do not know then please contact me to ask.

If you find my designs on craft CDs stating they are "in the public domain", this is simply not true. My images are licensed through major companies and manufacturers, who take copyright infringement VERY seriously, and so do I. I work hard to produce my work, and therefore I like to receive a payment! 

Art no longer needs to have the © symbol to be copyrighted. Just because an image is found on the internet does not mean it is copyright free or in the public domain. Artists and Designers work very hard and pour their hearts and souls into their work. It is never ok for others to use that artwork without permission. 

For more information on copyright laws please see http://www.ipo.gov.uk/ and remember that many countries all over the world have similar laws and honor each others laws.
